Accessibility Statement
We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to use this site. Here is our standard, what we do, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Our commitment
Knight Law Group, LLP (operating as Data Center Legal Action) is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- The site is designed to be fully navigable by keyboard, including a “skip to main content” link and visible focus indicators.
- Interactive tools, such as the “Do I have a case?” self-check, work with keyboards and screen readers, and form errors are announced to assistive technology.
- Text colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements, and the homepage background video can be paused and does not play for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
- Every site rebuild runs automated accessibility checks so new content is tested before it is published.
Known limitations
Some third-party content or documents linked from this site may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address issues as we find them, and automated testing cannot catch every barrier, so we also rely on your feedback.
